These courses are currently undergoing accreditation with the National Educators' Academy of the Philippines and the Professional Regulation Commission. Learn more about the care package below!

In Creative School Leadership, we’ll start by reflecting on our current context, and explore concepts and ideas that would help make our schools enabling environment for creative teaching and learning.

In Accessible School Leadership, we’ll learn about Universal Design for Learning and use its principles to look at the different elements of an enabling environment. We’ll also learn strategies that can help us listen to our learners and make sense of their feelings, views, and opinions toward making school improvements.

In Responsible School Leadership,  we’ll start by reflecting on our current context when it comes to digital citizenship, then how this intersects with learner empowerment, safety and community. We’ll look at how we engage with the school community regarding digital citizenship, and then develop a roadmap for our school to help us in raising our learners into becoming good digital citizens.

In Enriching School Leadership, we’ll learn about Strengths-Based Leadership and different tools we can use to identify, develop, and leverage our unique strengths and talents. We’ll also learn about different coaching and feedback frameworks that we can use to give our colleagues relevant, kind, and timely feedback.
